STAGE 6 & 6A

Stage 6 consists of 5 lots ranging in size from 734 to 1113m2. Construction of this stage has recently been completed and all lots are registered and either sold or under contract. There was keen interest in this stage following the success of earlier stages.

Stage 6A, consisting of the final 2 lots in the estate (Lots 45 & 46), is programmed to commence towards the end of 2024. Prices for the 2 lots in this stage has not been released.
